Occasionally there may be an issue where the directprint.io does not autostart on macOS.
To work around this issue please advise your users to follow the instructions below:
- Navigate to System Preferences
- Users & Groups
- If required use the lock icon to make a change
- Switch to the Login Items tab
- Use the '+' icon
- Navigate to the Applications folder in the finder window presented
- Add directprint.io
- On the next restart or log out and log in check to see if directprint.io autostarts
