When you synchronize your directory system with directprint.io minimal user and group information will flow between the systems.
Any sensitive user data is hashed or encrypted at record level and encrypted at rest within our systems.
Here is a summary of that data that is synchronized between directprint.io and Google Workspace:
- User record
- User unique ID (typically a UUID or numeric value that represents the user record)
- Active / inactive flag
- Group membership - a list of Group IDs (typically a UUID or numeric value that represents group records)
