How much information should I provide when raising a bug or issue?
If you're raising a technical issue, please include as much information as possible. For example, if you're having an issue with a particular printer then please include:
- The make of the printer
- The model of the printer
- A description of the issue containing as much detail as you can possibly provide.
This level of detail will allow us to promptly understand and resolve the issue that you're experiencing.
How do I go about raising a bug or issue I'm experiencing?
To raise a bug or issue with directprint.io, you can use one of the following options:
- Emailing us directly at support@directprint.io.
- Submitting a support form within the admin interface, which can be found here https://directprint.io/admin/knowledge/ticket.
- If you are having an issue with a specific printer, you can raise a support request directly from your printer list within the admin interface. https://directprint.io/admin/printers.
