Summary:
When printing multiple copies to RISO devices with secure print or box storage enabled, the number of copies displayed on the device does not match the number specified by the user when they sent their print job.
Resolution:
Navigate to the device in your printer list, head into the edit screen and then into the Advanced Config screen.
Select 'Generic' in the drop down for manufactuer, leave the PPD function drop down as Finishing and select 'Formatting and control options (forced only)' from the Model drop down. Click 'Add to options'
Ensure that the following two options are set to 'Force' - 'Enable - send copes cmd'.
Once set the options will auto save.
To test that your change worked, hit the refresh button in the directprint.io client before sending a multi copy test print.
