If your Google workspace wont sync with directprint please follow the guide below
- Go to directprint admin console
- Click Google Workspace and then click Google Sync Status & settings
- Click the 3 dots next to Google Workspace sync and click Manage Google Workspace API Authorization
- Click Refresh Authorization
- This will then ask for you to Oauth sign in using a Google admin account. Once you have done this google workspace will be refreshed and google workspace data will resync correctly.
