Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Access Print Server Settings

Open the Settings App:
- Click on the
Start
button and selectSettings
(the gear icon). - Alternatively, press

to open the Settings app directly.

Navigate to Bluetooth & devices:
- In the Settings window, select
Bluetooth & devices
from the left-hand menu.
- In the Settings window, select

Go to Printers & scanners:
- Click on
Printers & scanners
in the Bluetooth & devices section.

Open Print Server Properties:
- Scroll down and click on
Print server properties
under Related settings.
- Scroll down and click on
Step 2: Create a New Form (Custom Page Size)

Create a New Form:
- Check the box that says
Create a new form
. - Enter a name for your custom form in the
Form name
field (e.g.,Custom Size 1
).
- Check the box that says

Set Custom Dimensions:
- Enter the desired dimensions for your custom page size in the
Form description (measurements)
section.- Units: Ensure that the correct units (inches or millimeters) are selected.
- Width: Enter the width of the custom page size.
- Height: Enter the height of the custom page size.

Save the Custom Form:

Apply
to add the new custom form to the list of available paper sizes.

settings and select the printer you want to apply the custom page size to.
- Go back to the

Open Printer Preferences:
- Click on
Printing preferences

Set the Custom Page Size:
- In the Printing Preferences window, go to the
Paper Size
. - Choose your custom page size from the
Paper Size
dropdown menu.
