If your client gets stuck on the directprint.io logo and does not let you login these are the steps to fix it.

Fixing the issue on macOS
To fix this issue on macOS follow the instructions below:
- Force quit the directprint.io client
- Open terminal and run rm -rf ~/Library/Application\ Support/directprint.io\ printing
- Relaunch the application and this will of reset the directprint.io client
Fixing the issue on Windows 10/11
To fix this issue in windows follow the guide below:
- Open task manager and end the task of any directprint.io, dpio and dpio-launcher
- You will need to navigate to C:\Users\user\AppData\Local
- Once in C:\Users\user\AppData\Local delete directprint.io printing file
- Now reopen the directprint.io client and it will have fully reset and be able to use again
