To fix error 7488, manually select the driver type in the directprint.io admin console under 'Edit printer'.
If the printer supports PostScript 3 we suggest changing the printer driver type to PostScript 3 as Octet-stream.
To do this:
1) Navigate to the printer list
2) Select 'Actions' -> 'Edit' for the printer
3) Under the 'Printer Driver' dropdown select' PostScript 3 as Octet Stream', ensure that PJL header is enabled (checked).
4) Hit the green Update button.
5) On the client hit the refresh icon next to 'Active printer list' to force a config refresh.
To do this:
1) Navigate to the printer list
