General Advice
When setting up an Edge Print Receiver it is necessary to provide the directprint.io client application with authorization to the Google Drive API. See more about levels of access required here.
Sometimes the Edge Print Receiver may have its authorization token for Google Drive revoked, this could be for a couple of reasons:
- An administrator has revoked the access of the directprint.io app from the Edge Print Receiver account through https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
In this case, simply re-authorizing the directprint.io client when prompted should resolve the issue. - A timeout of the authorization token has occurred and may be a result of your Google Workspace account settings.
An exception will need to be made for your Edge Print Receiver account so that the authorization is set to 'Never Expire'. Instructions on how to configure this on the Workspace side can be found here: https://support.google.com/a/answer/7576830?hl=en
Setting directprint.io as an allowed Oauth application
If the above does not help then you may need to add the directprint.io application to your allowed Oauth applications using the following application OAuth IDs
