Solved: Printer not collating copies

In the directprint.io admin console

1. Locate the printer in the printer list: https://directprint.io/admin/printers/ 
2. Click The 'Three dot' menu for the required printer, then hover over 'Printer...' then click 'Advanced settings'
3. 
4. Select the following options:
5. Add the 'Copies and collate settings' from the PPD fragments list and select 'Force' to apply to all prints - your changes will save automatically in this screen.

• In the directprint.io client
  1. Hit the refresh icon next to 'Active printer list'
  2. Run some test prints.
